Now this little fellow really amuses me. As most emoticonists know, it's rather hard to create smooth emoticons, but =dbestarchitect did an awesome job here.
The shading is great as well!
And just take a look at the cute expression! I just can't stop to look at it.

In my opinion, =dbestarchitect did an amazing job here. You may agree that this emote would fit perfectly in the emoticon legend, I'm pretty sure. (I guess it'd fit to :typerhappy: :giggle:)

I would make it to where his arms come in when he comes down, and then go out when he comes up, because it kinda looks like he's just waving :D
